3. How can I buy and sell my Active Risk ordinary shares?

7. What kind of shares does Active Risk have in issue?

8. How can I find out the price of Active Risk ordinary shares?
Share prices are published in most daily newspapers. In the UK Active Risk’s share price can be found under the “Tech – Software & Services” section of the share price pages.
9. Can I have my Active Risk ordinary share dividends paid directly into my bank account?
Yes, you can ask to have your ordinary share dividends paid direct into a bank or building society account. Dividends mandated in this way will be credited to your account on the dividend payment date.
A tax voucher will be sent to your registered address advising you when and how much has been paid into your account.
If you would like your dividends to be paid this way, please complete a bank mandate form obtainable from Equiniti.
10. When are Active Risk’s dividends paid?
This information is provided annually in the Report and Accounts.
11. Can I obtain a replacement for an out-of-date dividend cheque?
Yes. You will have to send the out-of-date cheque to Equiniti who will reissue it for you.
12. What happens if I have lost my dividend cheque/tax voucher?
You will have to contact Equiniti who will send you a replacement. If the cheque is for less than £50 no charge will be made for the replacement. For larger payments there is an administration fee of £10.00 (plus VAT).
For replacement tax vouchers a charge of £10.00 (plus VAT) will be made.
13. Who do I need to notify of my change of address?
When you change address, it is important that you inform Equiniti, by submitting a change of address form obtainable from the registrars as soon as possible to ensure you receive all shareholder communications and dividends.
Alternatively, you can send a letter, which must be personally signed, to Equiniti. The letter, in typed form or block capitals please, should include:
- your name as shown on your share certificate
- your previous address
- your new address
- your shareholder account number (this can be found on your share certificate or dividend tax voucher).
For security reasons, Equiniti cannot accept address changes over the telephone.
14. What do I do if I have lost my share certificate?
Equiniti keep a record of your name, address and the number of shares you own and can arrange to issue a duplicate certificate if necessary. If you have lost a certificate please report this to the Registrars immediately on 0871 384 2030 so they can put a ‘stop’ on that certificate. Before a replacement certificate can be issued, you will be sent an indemnity form to complete should a dispute arise over ownership at a later stage.

15. Who should I advise of my change of name?
Please send a letter, which should be personally signed, to Equiniti giving full details of the following:
- your old name
- your new name
- a copy of any legal documentation, such as marriage certificate or deed poll.
16. How can I transfer shares as a gift into another person’s name?
You can obtain a stock transfer form from Equiniti who will be able to advise you on the completion of the form.
17. When and where was the AGM held in 2009?
The 2009 AGM was held at 10.00 on Monday 29 June 2009 at Active Risk’s offices located at Star House, Maidenhead SL16 1EH. Results of voting on the resolutions passed at the AGM are available from the AIM Rule 26 section of the website or from the Active Risk RNS feed on the London Stock Exchange website.
18. Does Active Risk produce an environmental report?
Active Risk reports on its environmental approach in its corporate responsibility overview.
19. Who should I contact at Active Risk if I have a general shareholder query?
